Wild & Well Botanicals offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

By agreeing to our terms of service, you confirm that Wild & Well Botanicals will not be held responsible for any accidents or injuries occurring from misuse of any of our products.

Delivery Policy

We are currently only able to ship within the UK. 
 

All orders are packed and posted within 1-3 days of purchase via Royal Mail 1st or 2nd Class Signed For.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Customer satisfaction is our number one priority, if there is anything about your purchase you are not entirely happy with, we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

To start a return, fill out our online form by clicking here. If your return is accepted, we will then ask you to send the order back unopened and in the original packaging, together with a brief note explaining why you are returning the items.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item.

 

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Wild & Well Botanicals is not obliged to make a refund without proof of payment/order.

 

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

 

Wild & Well Botanicals is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact Royal Mail to file a claim.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

 

Exchanges
Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges on any items.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
